| In November, 1996, Jackson Community Ambulance (JCA) was created as a 50/50 partnership between Foote Hospital and Huron Valley Ambulance. The new organization purchased the assets of Jackson Emergency Medical Services, Inc. JCA is a nonprofit organization and it is managed by HVA. JCA's Board of Trustees consists of representatives of Foote and HVA. JCA's staff, communications center and financial services are provided under the management agreement by HVA. | ||
