Calls directed to the LifeLink 9-1-1 Call Center are answered locally by medically trained dispatchers who evaluate the situation and when necessary, send an ambulance to your home. The dispatcher will also give you instructions on what to do until the paramedics arrive. If you are not able to respond to the dispatcher, paramedics will be sent to check on you. The dispatcher can also notify your loved ones that you have requested our assistance.
