JCAPlus! How To Join...

JCAPlus! starts January 1st of each year and ends December 31 of the same year.  To join, you need to complete and sign an application which is available by calling 517-841-PLUS (7587).  Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted or you may send a check with your application.  You will receive membership confirmation and membership cards by mail.  In any case, your coverage expires on December 31st.  Renewals must be made annually, prior to January 1st to avoid disruption of your coverage.  You will receive a reminder by mail.
