Join before January 1st and get a full year of coverage! JCAPlus 2010 Membership Fees 1. Senior citizen/senior couple - $32.00/yr. 2. Individual/family (a "family" includes the primary applicant, his/her immediate family, dependent children under age 25 and foreign exchange students, living at the residence listed on the membership application -Insured - $44.00/yr. -Not insured - $64.00/yr.
