JCA 2002 Patient Satisfaction Scores Hit All-Time High

 

 

"81% of our patients reported that their Overall Services were excellent".

Each year, JCA sends out over one thousand satisfaction surveys by mail to patients who are selected at random.  We ask our patients to rate our response times, clinical care, compassion, and overall satisfaction with the services we provided to them.  Over 400 patients returned surveys this year and this is how they rated us:
